Service Tracking System
The Service Tracking System is a database that logs phone calls,
emails and faxes from our clients and insurance companies and client based
service activity within our own agency. The system generates date driven
reports that displays all service activity for a client in a given time
period. These reports assist with the assessment of how a particular
benefit plan is working. It helps ensure that the insurance policies being
purchased is money well spent. The reports are also used at a client's
renewal period to show specific issues and pinpoint reoccurring problems
that may lead to the recommendation of an alternative option.
The system was developed to provide analytical data for our agency as well
as to assist with tracking upcoming policy renewals for each client. This
system allows us to provide a service that most other agencies do not. Ahart
